Our range of AOC Crû Tautavel & Côtes du Roussillon Villages premium is of very high quality: subtle combinations of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan & Mourvèdre from our HVE certified vineyard, worked without any pesticide or herbicide! natural sweet wines
We pick our grapes: muscat petit grain; Muscat d'Alexandrie & Macabeu overripe, when they are full of southern sunshine, and taste thanks to the rich and lively clay-limestone soils, in our vineyard we do not use any pesticides or herbicides. Flavors not found anywhere else, exceptional products, unique with unlimited conservation.
white & rosé wine
We combine our Macabeu, Vermentino and Grenache blanc grapes to make our white Côtes du Roussillon AOCs, Syrah, Mourvèdre or Grenache for rosé. Vinified cold, using the best bio-protection techniques, we manage to preserve the freshness, the fruity & floral aromas as well as all the rich complexity of our terroir, without bitterness or heaviness. All are HVE certified.
